I personally love, love coleslaw. But not the typical where you’d find the ready made ones from the grocery stores/ salad bar/ infamous KFC outlets. Uh-huh, they taste yummy but it won’t do good to your waist line.
So, here’s a simple and oh-so good recipe I would like to share :)
Shred the veges. Stir & mix, mix, MIX!
Now that’s what I call a real salad without the sinful dressing. Bon Appetit!

One of my favorite-st MUST-HAVE accessory for self adorning, in which I would say…the GOLD WATCH!
I like to layer it off with my other gold bangles/bracelets for a chic look or just wear it plain classic to go.
There is a value and worth in every timepiece I owned but to hold em close to my heart given by my loved ones are just PRICELESS :)

Leopard prints are back in trend for FALL/WINTER 2011!
Tips to pull off leopard prints FABULOUSLY & not tacky:
RAWR!

A walk of life with your loved one. Sweet <3

Correct me if I’m wrong, protein/energy bars which sold in the grocery stores are pretty pricey and most of em’ are processed. Personally, Jules and I love munching on these bars for a quick energy restoration before a workout or as a pick-me-up healthy snack.
However I do not purchase but instead… I MAKE em’. It’s simple, natural, cheap and the best part it can last you for the whole week with just one tray!
Carmen’s Version P-Bar
Mix everything well in a low heated pan. Get the right medium to soft texture and compress it on a flat greased tray. Refrigerate overnight. Cut and wrap em’ up in foil.
Voila! Let’s munch away ;)

I have a confession. Am into you, mustard! Let’s put some mustard on my boday, will ya ;P

Fall is all about boots! But since the coup i’m living in is already warm enough for the entire year, an ankle high would be T-H-E perfect pair.
My chosen one would be : suede ankle high with low chunky heels in nude.
Hunt starts now!
